Both do the job well Rexy. Nothing will carry 350 pax for 11-12 hours cheaper than a 773er. Nothing else will carry 500 for up to 16hrs than a 380.
The seats and less noise, higher ALT (smoother cruise) of the 380 make it less fatiguing. The lower speeds of the 380 close to the ground on departure and arrival make it easier to handle. On a crappy day I would prefer the 380. Never would have said that when I first went to the 330.
The 77x should have some of the modern stuff on it to make an nice aircraft to operate even nicer.
The pay is the same. Might have mentioned that.
