Not to forget it x4 weekly LTN was scrapped to support SEN flights after they realized it was carried loads exceeding 90% and often booking up 6 weeks in advance of travel and fares more than double SEN!
But let's not forget had it not been for Stobart then air Arran/Stobart air would probably be no more. Yes moving the Luton route was not a good idea, however I feel Stobart needed to make the move to give credibility to its passenger operation at SEN. It didn't work out but I think the only real loser is poor old Waterford airport, the fact that a couple of operators haven't made the route work over the past couple of years shows how hard it is to make a route work from a small base/catchment!
