As far as I'm aware, the new T2 is to have a domestic exit point, and the plan is that all barring Ryanair and flybe will be using T2 in the future.
T3 is going to be the same equivalent as CPH-go, the low cost terminal with an airside link for flybe/long haul carrier transfers.
