i guess i'd like to ask, so does this justify "us" demanding the resignation of those involved, or is this perhaps something they've learnt from and if they see the error in their collective ways, would better serve the industry in their present positions now enlightened by this experience ?.
if the answer is "yes, sack them", i feel this type of incident will continue to happen, i.e new faces continueing this back room arm twisting and hypothesizing.
This "fanciful" method of resolving hard questions is not the answer.
If constructive dismissal can be proven in court, can constructive bankrupting by action or inaction be also proven ?.
