Problem with AA is their punctuality especially the ORD and JFK which are frequently delayed by hours which means missed connections. With competition increasing they really need to sort that out. Perhaps the 787 on ORD will help.
Or BA could help out by reducing the need for half a dozen JFK departures to Heathrow in a ninety minute period each evening !
Seriously the peak European departure window at JFK is something to behold - Knock effect delay of the Chicago if the flights are W over Manchester.
