The airport changed from NATS to BATL , so I suppose the experts packed up and left the airport to it.
There is also an additional notam EGBB-C2091/16 about standing water on the runway edge when the runway is wet.
The notam EGBB C2036/16 and associated work to enhance the taxiways has been cancelled. I wonder how many MOR to the CAA it will take before something is done about the operational management?
