I wonder who is to blame for this monumental cock up with the ILS.
When I often visited BHX and saw the runway work there weas often a team from NATS overseeing things like the ILS masts that were moved near the bund .
Also when the localiser was put in end of 33.
Then you have the project managers overseeing.
As Olton Pete has said lets hope it is fixable otherwise pretty embarrassing and at times will be problematic. .
