In the light of the Coroner's findings and the ATSB release, what justification for CASA's suspension of Whyalla Airline's AOC and eventually putting that carrier out of business?

Despite the qualification in CASA's Press Release, it would not be unreasonable to assume the AOC suspension, was directly related to the fatal accident twelve days earlier.
