@Brix, being german I have to agree. The attitude in german selection is usually a tests attitude rather than a "get to know each other".
German companies will test you if you fit into their profile, they have no intention to present themselves so you can decide if they fit into your profile.
In this case their requirements don't fit with the T&C they offer. In my opinion the way is very clear, in 1-2 years only pilots from the LH Group will operate those A330s.
