They are still using the same old profile it seems. What you guys fail to understand is they decide before you even get in the sim if you will fail or not. And being expat you will most likely fail so the brotherhood may get one of their own (less qualified) hired.
They have locals who cannot hand fly the plane (no autopilot, no auto thrust) and who cannot hand fly a raw data ILS who they will pass. Then they have expats come in and fly the profile perfectly only to be told they have failed.
But keep trying guys. You are only going to expend a lot of time, energy and money to get a job that most flee from once there.
