We can only work with what we're given, and we try hard (well, most of us do......).
If anyone's not happy with the service, or has suggestions for improvements, then I'm sure we could arrange a visit to the tower for you to point out our shortcomings!
(Just like a certain representative from a rather large LHR-based airline did a while back, eh P7?
