The PUFF checks that I mentioned are:
Pitch: Is full fine.
Undercarriage: Is identified and down.
Flaps (Wing): Are set for landing.
Flaps (Cowl): Are open for any go around.
If the pilot in the C182RG had called that on short finals, he'd have saved himself a lot.
