I'm here as part of the fallout of the ego driven decisions of one man 15 years ago, decisions that put around 18 000 people out of work.
We're not at that point yet, but we are witnessing a similar situation, where one individuals decisions, based in no way on what is the best way to fulfil his assigned role, is affecting thousands.
