Unless you joined early enough and have some special deal with the management - its really not worth considering. Think cheap uniform, uneatable crew meals (the company budget is EUR 1,50 per day per crew member for 12 hours duty), inexperienced and disrespectful management, passengers handled like a cattle with the ground staff being actually paid a commission if they catch a passenger with a hand-luggage not fitting into a measuring box by 5 mm, constant rush, and a big thank you from the CEO at a 1m euro christmas party for your hard effort that you put for all the money they made expressed as two free return tickets anywhere on the network.
Oh by the way, and if you are hungry amid your 12 hour duty - you can always buy a gas-station rate chicken sandwich for E 5,- from the on-board sales.
Why should a crew member pay the same price as the pax? Cause if they sell it to you with a discount, some crew members (you) might buy them all and re-sell them to the passengers robbing the company off their profit.
