I think as far as Joe Public are concerned it will have zero affect as will any other route that has disappeared as people are just not interested and who knows about this route apart from us here as it doesn't even come up on a flight search engine.
As for attracting new business this won't help that's for sure. Will the airline still flying this route this time next year, I would put the odds at 5000-1, about the same as Leicester City winning the Premier League.
(Edit) what is going on
The departure board is showing Munich departures at 7am and 11:30 but no arrivals. On the Munich arrivals board it shows nothing for either flight as does all the other independent flight checkers on the web. Is the biz jet flying back empty? Is it flying at all today? You couldn't make this up!!!
