they want to prevent , that external pilots join a LH group company, because so they can put pressure on the mngmt concerning raising there own terms and conds
Then again, if the company offers what posters above said, then maybe they have a point?
That was a bit 'tongue in cheek'. I think politics should not mix with simulator checks. All in all I don't think I'll bother. Looks like one can be caught up in a middle of a turf war and mistreated both by the company and the colleagues. I think I will leave flying the LH group airplanes to the 'professionals'
