Wrong answer mate - they fail anybody they can, because they want to prevent , that external pilots join a LH group company, because so they can put pressure on the mngmt concerning raising there own terms and conds. Mngmt- who is trying to "dry out" the so called "KTV" "Konzern Tarif Vertrag"- is in a heavy conflict with them, and union politics is shifted to the sim screening. Unprofessional, sad , but true - its first hand info I got.
