Do people honestly think that this Sea Air saga are actually going to be here in 6 months time? Never in over 20 years of working in this industry have I ever known an airline start up to use an executive jet for low loads. The fact that loads are in single figures speaks volumes (or not). The chances of who? Air ever filling a 737 are probably less than your lottery numbers coming up. Their website hardly has me reaching for my debit card. As general public how would you even know who they are? No one has even heard of them outside of this forum.
What Southend needs is a real airline with a bunch of routes that haven't been plucked from a hat. Unfortunately they aren't queueing up at their door. Shame really as having used the place it's not that bad a little airport.
