Sounds like a plain biz jet movement particularly as it didn't hang around for a return leg. Could it be Sea Air management over here to meet airport management at Southend seeing it didn't appear on the departure board at Munich? If this was a proper Sea Air scheduled service then they won't be using a 737 with that sort of passenger load.
