Sticky parking brake, Sir?
That's what I thought. I saw a similar scene with a F3 trying to get airborne in the other direction on the same runway in the mid-90s - nasty grooves down the runway. Having just been re-surfaced it was a good job the nose-gunner involved was a somewhat senior individual!
