3. €5000 bonus at end of contract.
4. 8-10 days off per-month with paid flights home.
5. Accommodation provided on duty.
It is an astonishing improvement from previous years. No idea who it is. 6 months on, with perhaps part-time in winter, or just take 6 months off and spend your cash in the sun.
