I'm aware that stage 1,2 and 3 is the application, CTC wings computer based assessment and airline interview respectively.
But, I'm unaware what stage 4 consists of keeping in mind that the CTC Wings website states that the selection day(s) for easyJet is spread over 2 days only?
Thank you very much for your time!
Good Evening Sir!
There are four phases.
Phase One: Screening Process
Phase Two: Technical Day (Aptitude tests - 6 sections, maths test - 15 questions) & Group Exercises.
Phase Three: Non-technical day - interview with CTC & easyJet
Phase Four: Presentation day with easyJet at HQ in Luton. Additionally, shortlisted candidates at this phase will again perform group exercises as well as presenting themselves in front of the easyJet selection team and the remaining candidates.
Yes, that is correct, it is spread over two days. Final phase is usually three days after being successful after phase three.
In completion of all phases and then obtaining a conditional offer to train, some cadets begin training over summer and others begin in January. However, this usually changes. Final year School students who get an offer, cannot start until August until they receive their A level grades. Only if they meet the minimum requirements; two c's.
Hope this helps.
