The Display is moving to the West, away from Frimley Park hospital, Farnborough and Heathrow !! and yes there is a change to many display sequences this year due to the new rules and yes that will include the Red Arrows.
PS: perhaps buying a house near an airfield that holds a 2 week airshow every 2 years was not a good life choice especially as you will be having to contend with the week of local traffic jams, air pollution, noise, smell of fuel in the air etc etc. (sigh) :-/
