Given the difference in approach to contracts, I imagine very few of the same people will have been making the switch though. So while you might be right in one respect, the people losing their jobs at EI are not simply being transferred, which I think is the negative aspect that people are trying to highlight. These are real people with an uncertain future. Never a good thing.
