You can have your W on the base BTK, but from the end of the queue once all HKG pilots have been rostered a W. If that doesn't suit, feel free to come back to the HKG base for your W. No?

I hate W's my friend so you can have every one of them, filll your boots. However if WE pilots want them, then WE pilots should have them EQUALLY in seniority for all base areas.
