PR bluster remains to be seen, but, that's where the land lies at the moment.
I think the actual wording is that it's not part of the current review and so is still planned. IMHO there will be a review of it down the line and it could easily go. We'll see. More likely that Sheffield and the Eastern arm will lose out.
But perhaps we're digressing?
