For all you prospective new joiners, here's my view as an ex EK staff member.
The people that you fly and work with are for the most part decent hard working and professional, they also went through the wannabe phase, much like some of you on here, or they have been part of the furniture for so long that they have seen things on a continual slide downhill.
All that being said BE WARNED, there is no hyperbole regarding the working conditions or the fact that many simply can't leave at the drop of a hat.
For those fools who think they know better, you are indeed blinded and fooled by your own ignorance, but feel free to make your own mistakes, there's one born every minute.
I left 9 months ago, I put my money where my mouth is, I've never recommended EK to anyone, and in its present form I never will, the place is toxic and not worth the toll on your health and home life.
