First of all:
If this company currently is a big bull**** it's your (pilot group) responsibility and your fault in accepting this situation.
If they cut your salary few years ago and you're still flying in the same way, it's your responsibility and fault.
To make a lot of complaints here in PPRUNE will not solve this.
