Yobbo, rather than "Gouging" it seems to be another example of an automated booking system not been removed from the computer during a period when someone in management should have been more on the ball, typical of the age we live in I'm afraid when those in the "Trenches" are not able, or allowed in many cases, to modify things and use common sense as todays management style tends to ignore input from the front line employee's, a bit like the A380 which went around in Manchester when the landing/runway length computer told them to even though the aircraft had done so on many previous flights in the same conditions, there will be many more instances of such things given the blind faith many have in computerized systems, it looks like AC has taken steps to fix this particular screw up, lets hope lessons have been learned!
