General Motors, Delta Airlines and many others have entered and exited Ch 11 successfully, no reason at all why CHC cannot do the same.

Unfortunately CHC is a truly global company and the CH 11 holds very little if any weight outside the US. The company's you quoted are basically American and the US loves big business. The rest of the world? Not so much
