The wife's sister has been visiting the last couple months. While on a trip through Utah, we had dinner at a "Famous Dave's" (US chain of BBQ restaurants - pretty good by chain standards). The sister loved it - said she'd never even had pork ribs before
(I can understand the pork part - she lives in a Muslim country so pork is rather hard to come by, but never had BBQ ribs?
).
So a couple weeks ago I put some back ribs and a 'sittin chicken' in the smoker for 4 hours.
Maybe it's just as well she's leaving next week - she'd probably lose her beautiful hour glass figure if she stayed around here too much longer
