Orion: I'd imagine that the Voyager on QRA standby is fuelled for a mission that might last several hours such that, if an Alert is all over quickly, there's a need to burn down to max landing weight. If that happens during the day, it may prove possible to divert a bit of trade in that direction to take advantage of the situation, though perhaps not at midnight.
