Flying Lawyer, in that case may I suggest Dr Sophia Webster for recognition by your organisation? She flew from London to Cape Town in a C182 with one other pilot and no other support crew, no chase plane etc, passing through 26 African countries over 4 months throughout the continent (places like Darfur, not 5 star hotels), performing medical work and training to combat maternal mortality. The project was entirely organised by her, as well as mostly funded by her.
Rather than a jolly with a huge team and cushy stops, she put aviation to work to do some meaningful good! I'd be happy to tell you more about it and try to get her some recognition.
