I understand that the Honourable Guild Of Air Pilots Masters Medal will be awarded in October.
I am told members of the Guild who are pilots can nominate someone for an award.
I would like to nominate Bertrand Piccard for the amazing voyage of Solar Impulse.
I understand the other current nominee is Tracy Curtis Taylor who participated in a reality tv programme filming a voyage from the UK to Australia.
