Depends.... Its Open and worth applying to show interest. You'd become a first officer on a a320 flying around Europe. I know speaking with friends that have been through CTC. They want something to separate you from the rest, so if thats becoming a handling agent like me, so be it. When speaking to CTC they like the fact I understand the operational side of an airline and how things get done. One friend went as far as to become an air steward whilst waiting the apply.
As you know it will take many attempts but they want to single out those with determination and dedication to the job. industry experience to a capacity is preferable
