I've always used µtorrent (google it as utorrent) but I expect most of them will cause some defences to get tetchy. You could do something like
https://www.wetransfer.com/ and set yourself up with two or more accounts and send big files to yourself? Maybe with two computers on your network.
In case you don't know of it wetransfer is a very handy way of sending big files that would break email mailbox size limits.
