This is Maleth-Aero's new 737-33A(QC). Presumably it is the airframe they refer to on their website, beacuse 9H-AJW isn't a quick change variant: "Maleth Aero have been awarded the management of a Boeing 737-300QC aircraft. The aircraft was ferried to the UK in November and is expected to enter revenue service this month. Michael O'Brien Chief Executive Officer of Maleth Aero commented "we are very pleased to have been awarded the management of this aircraft which adds to our growing expertise covering both the Boeing 737 Classic and NG type. Included within the responsibility of the management contract is the need for us to identify suitable commerical opportunities for this unit and our growing database of partners will be used to assist with such. Initially to be operated as a passenger variant it is expected that the true value of the unit by way of quick change capability will be introduced into operation by the end of April this year"

If Alpha Mike is the airframe referred to then maybe this will operate for Sea-Air? But is Sea-Air really a "suitable commercial opportunity"...?
