I have been told I need to get form SRG1199 signed off to prove I can speak English to ICAO Level 6.
You have probably been signed off for Level 6 by the Examiner in every revalidation you have done over the past 10 years. Trouble is, the CAA can't be bothered to look for it. Most of their documents are riddled with errors, nobody checks anything any more.
