Pax cabin windows and Skywriters
Been bugging me for a while now....
Why (ie, Cabin Attendants) is it insisted upon that the pax window blinds / shutters are open for t/o and landing in all conditions? A few theories.....it must have s'thing to do with visability but from who's perspective and why?
And, purely out of interest, what training is involved for sky writers; and more so, exactly how is it done, planned, etc. Do "they" require block airspace clearence for XX minutes to do the airwork?
Thanks.
