Short term fix is to stop spending $2.7 Billion on
PR and use that money to improve conditions for current workforce and to hire more.
Now that most of the world doesn't believe about
PR fluff about subsidies, accounting, safety and working conditions... $2.7 Billion going down the drain. Put it to good use.
