This added to more TCX flights to JFK in the winter too, seems the JFK route is going from strength to strength at Manchester.
I think this is really good news. The North American market is one that I think is generally underserved from MAN.
New routes like SFO, BOS, LAX may dilute JFK transfer PAX but new entry points and increased frequencies into the U.S. and Canada (e.g. DFW) is the next logical development.
It will be interesting to see who pushes this agenda, legacy carriers like AA, DL/VS or new entrants like Norwegian.
