No radar access for pilots in all uncontrolled radar covered airspace? By mandatory regulation only allowed to communicate to Flight Service who had a few 1930s type flight strips and a radio. More MDX type fatalities because of this?
Mandatory requirement to tell the government exactly where you are if flying VFR en route above 5000' or more than 50 miles , and inform the government if you dare to be more than 2 minutes away from your compulsory 30 minute position report.
The cost of another 700 air traffic staff? And the cost of Operational Control ?
No. I don't think many , other than you Hempy ,would want or afford to go back to the system before my " disastrous meddling "
