method of recovering from a stalled condition of flight.
... but should go on to include
(a) at low level (AF447 is a good example of why ..)
(b) and where ground contact is a likely outcome.
It remains a pity that the ops and certification folks don't have coffee often enough to get a straight story on this and other subjects ..
