Having only passed through the departure lounge the other day, I believe this new extended 'tour' of duty free is only temporary. I think there is a refurb going on in duty free at the moment so hopefully it will revert back to a more direct routing like before. I must admit, I got a little disorientated at finding my way into the lounge and I'm a frequent flier at BHX. I wonder how many flights get delayed with late pax trying to find their way after being held up at security? It's like a maze!
On another subject, will there be any Chinese flights this year? I can't remember when last years were announced? Stratford upon Avon is a major destination for the Chinese and this year is a big one with the Bards 400yr anniversary attractions.
