What debt?

I have been reading this thread and trying to understand the connection made by some between the low cost mode of airline management and this dreadful event, where is it? So far as I can see this confused young feller had no debt problems which could not be contained over a period and good prospects of doing so if he met the expectations of his employers

It all went wrong when he kept to himself problems which overwhelmed him to the point that death seemed preferable to the long struggle looming, he blamed others rather than his unsuitability to his chosen path. In opting for death he sought to extract revenge from the vulnerable

All this seems weird to the rest of the aviation community but frustration quickly turns to anger for those seeing themselves as victims and we can see this in many other situations of strife
