Yeah ok, longer at peak hours however access at the most impotent times is still pretty quick for early morning flights and returning after night arrivals.

The M50 is a symbol of the Dublin centric planning mindset in the Republic where all motorways throughout Ireland end up on the M50, clogging up Dublin!
No really, it's the locals using the M50 which is the real issue but that's another issue. There is very few Euro capitals that don't have such a problem. London M25, Paris etc

Everyone would be better off if there was balanced regional development, including developing the regional airports!
Raise a good point however no matter how hard you try it's not always easy. Fully expect more can be done however. A big problem with Cork is loyalty, something which SNN, WAT, NOC have and are able to capture and people usually make a conscious effort to use it, and ever pay extra. Something which Cork needs to work on. Would say N Cork people could make a bigger effort rather than opting for SNN/DUB to go on holiday.
