200 would seem like an awfully large number to take in a single year, purely based on training capacity. FPPs take far longer to train once they get to BA than DEPs (more sims required, base training, much longer line training, etc). If they did manage to recruit that sort of number, you'd have to think that training start dates would be spread over a longer period of time than previously. Of course, it could be that that's the plan!
Either way, there's tons of recruitment to be done, whether FPP or DEP.
