Rostering is manned by some good people who will do most things to help including swapping trips whenever they may occur providing of course it doesn't impact other scheduling. You can't always get what you want as you can imagine.
Winter depending on base 1 or 2 per week. Skippers have been doing more from what I've heard.
Net take home pay in Year 1, as mentioned before I'm on target for around £72k gross which is approx £50k take home.
