You could clearly write what some of you guys know about pilot training on the back of a postage stamp.

Firstly, at no point in the FTE arcticle about Norwegian does it state that Norwegian will be exclusively selecting integrated students/graduates for employment. I suggest you polish up on your comprehension skills, you might need them if you want to be a pilot.

Secondly, FTE recommend their modular students to the airlines if they are good enough. If you read the FTE website there is even a testimony from a FTE modular student.

Anyhow, regardless of what FTE say I know plenty of modular students who are happily employed in the airlines, flying 'shiny' jets as their first job.

There is no right or wrong way to train. To all the keyboard warriors, if you are an aspiring pilot, you are going to struggle with the CRM aspect of airline flying.
