I have been looking at some reviews of the airport and I have to say they are bad.

Most of the complaints seem to be about drop off charges but more and more airports now charge as it is a valuable source of income when airlines demand big discounts. Stansted now also charge a £3 drop off fee for up to 10 minutes and £50 for 11 minutes or more.
No doubt the same people who complain about charges will be complaining if the airport ever closed its terminal and just became a GA and maintenance base as there are big savings to be made with a cut in staff numbers and fire cover.
So is the answer is for BOH to charge the airlines more to cover the drop off fees and make the drop off free and if the airlines say no then to let them go or should BOH be registered as a charity?
